The Alternative Justice Systems Mashinani Initiative Kenya (AJS-MIK) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) under the NGOs Coordination Regulation of 1992. Our mission is to create a people-centered justice system that empowers rural communities in Nakuru County. By 2024, we aim to appoint and train 650 AJS Elders to facilitate justice at the grassroots level.
